Returns & Refund Policy – BHH Wigs
1. Overview
At BHH Wigs, we pride ourselves on delivering premium-quality human hair products that meet the highest standards. Each wig and bundle is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and consistency.
Because our products are personal beauty items, hygiene and customization standards apply — but we still want you to shop with confidence, knowing we’ll take care of you if anything goes wrong.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return the item within 30 days of contacting us.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Only items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for replacement or refund.
Custom and personalized orders (including color or length modifications) are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Wigs or hair extensions that have been worn, combed, cut, washed, or altered in any way.
Custom orders made specifically for the customer.
4. Return Process
Contact our support team at support@bhhwigs.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
Returns must be shipped back using a trackable courier service.
Note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost once the return is verified.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First, check your PayPal account again.
Then, contact your bank or PayPal for updates.
