BHHWigs Return & Refund Policy

At BHHWigs, we are committed to providing high-quality human hair wigs. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the wig must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be unwashed

  • Be unaltered

  • Not have been cut, styled, dyed, or chemically processed

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all original tags, lace intact, and accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept returns for non-defective items, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference change

  • Style preference change

  • Incorrect selection by customer

For approved non-defective returns:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The wig must pass inspection upon return before a refund is issued.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your wig arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

  • No restocking fee will apply

  • Return shipping may be covered where applicable

Damage caused by improper use, styling, cutting, dyeing, or chemical treatment is not considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Inspection & Approval Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • It will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, dyed, or altered

  • Custom orders

  • Final sale or clearance items
